The product is priced according to the number of technical support staff in your organisation.    The single price includes all features/modules.

There are 2 price plans - Outright Pricing and Leased Pricing.

Outright - one-off purchase cost

Prices include all modules, upgrades and unlimited remote support / web sessions for first 12 months.

These prices include shipping, a 60 page manual, and 12 months support and upgrades. You can place an order for NetHelpDesk on-line or by calling/e-mailing our dedicated sales team. We accept purchase orders from companies and organizations, on 30 day invoicing terms. We also take payment by credit card and wire transfer if you prefer. Each support person or technician requires a license. Tax may be applicable depending upon location.
