The quick query allows easy access to data without setting up or using a
query. Enter the value to look for in the top box. Use the radio buttons to select what to look in: Item data - this means look through the device and connections field data for any item that has the selected value. Inventory Number - looks for devices with the selected inventory number. Fault Id - looks for requests or faults with the selected request id. Click on the search button and then select the required device or request. NOTE: for IP addresses it is best to enter them as normalised. e.g. enter 126.001.003.004 not 126.1.3.4. |
