Install NetHelpDesk first !
To start NetHelpDesk double click on one of the NetHelpDesk Client icons
available from the Windows start menu or on a desktop shortcut that you may
have created.
If you have entered a .udl filename on the command line of the shortcut that
runs NetHelpDesk then this database will be opened and the NetHelpDesk logon
screen will be displayed. If you have not entered a command line name, then
the database selection screen will be displayed.
Once logged in, the main NetHelpDesk screen will be shown. The screen will
be pre-filled with information that has been defined on the technicians
profile setup screen. This may be a list of areas, or a list of technician's
names, or a list of requests outstanding.
Use the main toolbar or left hand tree view to navigate through the
information as required.
