Interactive Web Interface Trial
This trial provides you with opportunity to
interact with our demo helpdesk database via our web interface add-on
module.
Instructions:
There are several levels of users in NetHelpDesk to allow for
flexibility. Example user names that you can try out are listed below.
In this trial you can either log in as an end-user or you can log in as a
technician.
The Technician Level has access to more functions than the End
User Level.
The End User Level is more restricted for
simplicity of use. You can choose to give end users access to other
users requests if required.
