Scenario
Instructions:
In the WEB Interface demo scenario you are classed as
the administrative contact or main user for the company called
'Demo Client'. This company has 5 sites at Edinburgh, Glasgow,
Aberdeen, Inverness and Perth. You are the liaison person with the
support staff.
As the main contact person you are allowed to view all of the
outstanding requests from users in your company, and you can also
view documentation, diagrams, change requests and look at the
knowledge base.
You can also submit new requests on behalf of your users.
There are three levels of NetHelpDesk user. In this scenario
you are the middle level. At the highest level are the support
staff who look at all client requests and can progress and clear
calls through the WEB interface.
At the lowest, end-user level, an individual user can see the
progress of their own requests and submit new ones (optional).
To see this level, select the 'one users requests' option on the
logon screen and enter the name: 'Marion Knott', no PIN number.
