Add a filter on NHServer to not update appointments that are in the past, even if the fault is still open. It will use the past/future days fields for the ticket appointments, as well as the non ticket appointments. This feature was requested on the 2nd June, 2014 by existing Customer Dataphone via e-mail. The programming of code was completed on the 3rd June, 2014 by Agent Tim, and added to the latest BETA upgrade for all customers to use.
