From version 10.37.01 onwards, the settings for the telephone system integration is available in the main configuration area. Anyone who has previously used telephone integration in older versions, will find that the settings and set up have migrated here. There are no longer checkboxes in Notify's Settings area.
They are accesible, but instead in N > Setup > Main Configuration > Call Management, or N > Setup > Main Configuration > Integrations.
Enable your chosen telephone integration in the main configuration area, and Notify will connect when opening. No additional setup is necessary in Notify.
