Many do not know that NetHelpDesk is privately owned and run, which means we keep a personal touch on our operation. We operate out of the UK headquarters, but we have satellite branches in other areas of the world.

We are dynamic, yet friendly company delivering a giant product and service to our Customers. We never treat our Customers as a number, and our automated phone service has just four options: "Support", "Sales", "Finance" and "Direct Dials". If you don't get to speak to a human being straight away (this is rare), we have an answering service and will call you right back.

Who We Cater For

Although we are based in the United Kingdom, we have over 1,000 customers globally from the Pacific Coast of the United States, all the way to New Zealand. Our Customers range from large blue chips with 150+ technicians, to 1 person operations. We value and treat all of our Customers in the very same way. First Class Service, Economy pricing.

We not only listen to our Customers, we hear what they need. Our development strategy is proactive and fast moving, so if you need a change, no problem at all. Just ask us, and if we can, we'll give timescales and costs, if any. Usually, for smaller changes, there will be no extra charge!

Our prices are transparent, and available on request. We do not charge extra for configuration changes, as many of our competitors do. We will happily remote into your environment and assist with these as part of the standard support.
