Act! Integration

For our customers who have been using Act! over the years, will more than likely have lots of data in tabs, store in the Act! database.

If you would rather continue using Act! as a master database for this information, but need integration in your help desk software, we have the answer all ready for you to use. Based on customer feedback, we've integrated Act! to assist in smoothing the transition to NHD long term.

Display tabs from Act! as tabs in our NetHelpDesk program, and it comes equipped with an auto data synchronisation. Whilst NetHelpDesk has a great CRM database, stay with Act! whilst you migrate.
