End-user Self Service Web Interface

NetHelpDesk comes with an End-user Web Interface and a separate Agent Web Interface, to access and action requests using any web browser online, using any web browser, including those on a tablet or Smartphone.

Create your end-user accounts for them to access their requests, whether single sign-on or e-mail address entry, and then control exactly what information they see, and how they see it.

The Web interfaces allow access to the information stored in your NetHelpDesk database via standard web browsers using ordinary HTML.

The End-user Web Interface allows all of your end-users to gain access to information you want them to see, and restrict them from carrying out actions you don't want them to do.

Whether you want a simple screen, or more detailed, whether you are in IT, photography, building maintenance or a garden centre, you can track all your requests for optimum customer service.

The End-user Web interface is licensed for unlimited end-users as standard, and runs on any machine using Internet Information Services (IIS) web server. The system uses a compiled CGI executable for speed. The underlying functionality will be provided by the NetHelpDesk components.

All HTML files can be edited and customised to individual requirements. You can also setup multiple websites using the same database, but have different web appearances for each one. This is particularly useful if you have different departments using the same database, or have particular Customers you wish to provide a more personalised environment for.
