Our Support Web Interface allows you to login, look at existing calls, update them, add screenshots of documents, look at the guides, read self-service entries, frequently asked questions, policies and procedures, interact with our social networking avenues. The list goes on.
We have one support number, with four options: 1) Support, 2) Sales, 3) Accounts and 4) Direct dials. In the highly unlikely event that your call isn't answered, all voicemails are responded to within 30 minutes of being left.
