The NetHelpDesk Refund Policy

Net Help Desk Limited supplies the NetHelpDesk product, and all of its services provided from its headquarters in the United Kingdom. All individuals who purchase NetHelpDesk do so on behalf of their business, or employer, to meet a business requirement.

Liability

The business who you purchase on behalf of, is responsible for paying all fees and charges (plus applicable taxes) associated with its use of NetHelpDesk and its services, as such fees become due. Unless otherwise stated in writing from Net Help Desk Limited, you agree to be billed monthly via your purchase payment method for all recurring and one-time charges, including but not limited to late and termination charges, for any services ordered by you, and any fees owed to Net Help Desk Limited. All fees and charges are non-refundable.

Monthly and Hosted Monthly Customers Purchases

Net Help Desk Limited charge Customers who subscribe to the Monthly or Hosted Monthly subscription service every month, on a rolling monthly contractual basis. Fees are due immediately in advance, and cover the next month of access to the NetHelpDesk product, based on the number of licences purchased, with Maintenance contract included for the time purchased. Customers can cancel their monthly subscription of NetHelpDesk at any time, in writing via e-mail or by post. Full access to and maintenance of NetHelpDesk will be provided up to the end of the paid-for period. No refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be issued by NetHelpDesk to its Monthly or Hosted Monthly Customers, as per the standard NetHelpDesk Terms and Conditions. Annual and Hosted Annual Customers Purchases

Net Help Desk Limited charge Customers who subscribe to the Annual or Hosted Annual subscription service every year, on a twelve (12) month contractual basis. Fees are due immediately in advance, and cover the next one (1) year of access to the NetHelpDesk product, based on the number of licences purchased, with Maintenance contract included for the time purchased. Customers who sign and commit to NetHelpDesk for the year, are entitled to a discount of twelve (12) months for the price of ten (10). By taking advantage of this discount, Customers are unable to cancel their annual subscription of NetHelpDesk at any time. Full access to and maintenance of NetHelpDesk will be provided up to the end of the paid-for period. No refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be issued by Net Help Desk Limited to its Annual or Hosted Annual Customers, as per the standard NetHelpDesk Terms and Conditions. Outright Customers and Professional Services Purchases

Net Help Desk Limited charge Customers who purchase the NetHelpDesk product outright, and invoice with on thirty (30) day payment terms, based on the number of licences purchased. No refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be given by NetHelpDesk to its Outright Purchase Customers, or Customers who purchase any Professional Services, as per NetHelpDesk's standard Terms and Conditions. Payment Taken Twice By Accident

In the unlikely event that you payment is processed twice by the payment system, please call the support team on the main telephone number for your region on the Contact Page of this site. Please remember to quote name, company name, and transaction details to NetHelpDesk representative. Please do not provide card details, as NetHelpDesk do not keep any record of this data at any time. You will never be asked for these details. Once your transaction is confirmed as duplicate, one of the payments will be refunded to you via our payments system.

Error during Payment Transaction

In the unlikely event that you experience an error, please call the support team on the main telephone number for your region on the Contact Page of this site. We will then be able to confirm if the payment completed successfully or not. Please do so immediately following the error, and take a screenshot of the error experienced to send to NetHelpDesk for further investigation. Please remember to quote name, company name, and any transaction details if these were received, to the NetHelpDesk representative. Please do not provide card details, as NetHelpDesk do not keep any record of this data at any time. You will never be asked for these details. If your transaction is confirmed as processed, the error confirmed, and you wish for the order to be refunded to you via our payments system, we will process this. The NetHelpDesk program comes with a thirty (30) day trial, and should be tested fully before purchase. All sales without an error are considered final.
