The Quotation, Sales Order and Purchase Order functionality has now been overhauled, to have more functionality, and streamlined workflow that goes beyond the existing functionality. Previously only part of a ticket, they are now separate entities, that can be selected for view in the main screen. Each Agent account has the option to add these in, so those it's not relevant for can keep it switched off. Speak with the team to take you through this functionality, or upgrade to take full advantage.
