The Calendar feature in NetHelpDesk is already one of the most advanced in the help desk software marketplace, that goes far beyond just capturing appointments against tickets. Now this advanced feature has been enhanced to include a drag and drop facility from the main screen, to create a planned action date and appointment in one move. You can also right click on an appointment to reassign to another Technician, rather than having to go back to the ticket.
