After increasing demand, and a much improved share of the market of smartphones, a Windows Phone app is on its way for NetHelpDesk. Featuring all the great features available on the iPhone and Android apps, NetHelpDesk sees the Windows Phone arena picking up for business where BlackBerry were back in the day.

We will also be looking to develop the apps to be available for tablets, most notibly the iPad and iPad mini, Android Tablets, such as the Galaxy Tab, and for Windows Tablets, such as Surface. Exciting times ahead for NetHelpDesk, and all included in your maintenance contract.


Whilst always being incredibly functional, NetHelpDesk had struggled with an image problem. We are not ashamed to admit it. So, following feedback from customers old and new, we have the apps a redesign, with a new simplified skin. It also brings the apps in line with the new Windows interface look and feel.

We have also started adding some new functionality the smartphone apps, including the ability to see and add items to your requests straight from the request, so that your Technicians can track billable items issued to the end-user easily and efficiently!
