Version 10 Help Desk Software

This month, we have launched our all new version 10, with lots of new features, improved interfaces, and much more behind the scenes than ever before, in our 21 year history. As version 10 evolves, as we do constantly, new pictures are available for action buttons, the "busier" interfaces are streamlined, new features galore, and moving more people than ever away from our competitors who have let them down.

NetHelpDesk is a fully features program, with a simple purchase structure, all features, apps and so on included as standard, and a team that are always here to help (during working hours, of course!).

Thank you to all of our customers, both old and new, who visited our stand 106, right by the entrance to the show. We very much valued your time and consideration of our product, as we launched new Version 10.

The great news is, we ramped up our presence at the IT Service Management show this year, taking advantage of the sponsorship opportunities, and a brand new stand presence for the new venue. The buzz about our latest version was excellent, much better than we could have hoped for. We look forward to working with you all soon, and helping you move to our help desk software.


Whilst NetHelpDesk has been able to integrate with telephone systems for some years now, the interfaces and functionality have been given an overhaul by our dedicated development team here in the UK. The first screenshot above shows how the incoming call is notified to the agent. The second is the screen that appears once the call is accepted, and the third is additional information available within that second screen. This functionality works exclusively with the 3CX Telephone VoIP PBX/PABX software.
