At NetHelpDesk, we're unlike other software companies, as we continue to evolve and change every single day, to become the very best product in the market, and the provide the best service. Whilst NHD has always been the leader in functionality and features, it has not always been the most aesthetically pleasing.

We're not proud, and happy to admit when we are getting something wrong. That way, we can get to fix it, and make life better for everyone. So, we had a rethink on some of the main screens. We wanted to move away from the "nineties grey" feel of the interface, towards something more modern, and clean looking. The result, is a mainly blue and white screen look, with new side tabbed accessibility.

We are really pleased with how things are changing, but, as always, we welcome your candid feedback on what works well, and what could do with a rethink. Let us know your thoughts.

Due to the high volume of new features, our Developers have also reviewed some of the most used areas of the product, and improved speed of transitions between screens, where possible. We understand that some people's environments are not always optimal due to budget constraints, so we want to keep to product light and usable, without detracting from functionality and features.

As part of this improvement, and the migration of adminstration settings into the Main Configuration area, we have reordered the main menu, to make processes easily accessible. Access to the upgrade feature, with access to the BETA and Release Candidate areas, with release notes being improved also.
