Being notified about what is going on inside of NetHelpDesk, when you and your teams are not logged in, has been further enhanced to meet a number of new and exciting rule-based qualifiers. Like never before, stay informed and updated about what is happening when you are focussed on other things.

Each one of your Agents can specify their own notification requirements, or you can restrict them to your Admin choices, as needed. Specify the basis on which you are notified. Select how you are notified, whether email (and specific email template as required) or pop-up with the new Notify program. Choose whether it is regarding tickets related to you, your team, multiple teams, or all regardless. Tickets, SLA reponse and resolution based warnings, contract expiries, and much more all catered for.

Add your end-users to mailing lists, to centrally communicate with the people you need to, about the important and key news, commentary, bulletins and articles related to any number of subjects.

Add users to the list as you need to, or automatically include them, unsubscribe them from certain lists if they need to, and so on. Tell them now about what you need them to know.
