From NetHelpDesk versions of 10.39 and onwards, it's now possible to add components into your Items List in NetHelpDesk, and assemble them together when quoting and much more.

For those customers who need to set out the components and their costs of a larger item or items they sell, Items can now be given a set of components which are items too, or Item Types used to build them, all from the Item Details screen. Items that can be assembled, can be built from the Assemble Items button on the main screen. Assembling Items will then update stock records and works with serialised Assets, linking the components together to the assembled Asset.

An all-new toolbar page on the main screen for Assets and Items has been added, to make the use of this feature fast and easy to use for those with access.
