PLEASE NOTE: Some of these new features may only be available in the latest Release Candidate and/or BETA versions. These versions have been tested, but may require further testing by your organisation with your particular configuration. We do not recommend upgrading to Release Candidate or BETA releases unless the changes that have been made are business critical to your organisation, or at the recommendation of a NetHelpDesk representative.

NetHelpDesk has teamed up with the team at SimpleHelp remote software, to provide a great remote support tool and integration with NetHelpDesk's ticketing and telephone call management screens. Purchase the licences through NetHelpDesk, and get all of the great functionality offered by SimpleHelp, as well as seamlessly blend this into your support desk's daily operations. The integration can:

    1) Sync Agents.

    2) Send remote support invitations.

    3) Show remote support session data from SimpleHelp.

    4) Allow each session in NetHelpDesk to be linked to a user and/or request, and show corresponding information.

    5) Allow notes to be made about a session.

    6) Allow time on a session to be recorded.

    7) Allow a new request logged, or an existing request updated, through the Remote Session Information screen.
