Our Help Desk Software Training Days are perfect for all users of NetHelpDesk

As an addition to our professional services suite, NetHelpDesk is offering centralised training days, for anyone to attend to gain more knowledge and insight into the NetHelpDesk product. It allows an environment for your staff to meet with other NetHelpDesk users, discuss issues that they encounter, and learn more in a relaxed and friendly environment.

We conduct training days all over the UK, but if you're not UK based, our professional services suite can cover everything you need. The link is above, on the right hand side. If the next date is not near you locale in the UK, we will be sending further dates for different locations shortly.

We've had some amazing feedback from those who have attended our training days over time, and they always leave saying it was time well spent.

10am to 11am

Re-Introduction to NetHelpDesk

For the first part of the morning session, we will be a re-introduction to our program NetHelpDesk, looking at it afresh. This will be excellent for newcomers, and fill any gaps for the experienced users. It will include new shortcuts, better use of the program and its interfaces, introduction to the Agent web interface, smartphone and tablet apps and all their functionality.

11.15am to 12.30pm

Communicating in NetHelpDesk

Covering all the different ways to communicate in NetHelpDesk, and the functionality you can use to improve service to your end-users, including E-mails, templates, canned text, new requests, notifications, reminders, auto-closure procedures, end-user surveys, customisation, NHServer, including a discussion on existing capabilities, and potential enhancements.

1.30pm to 3.30pm

Next Level Functionality

The afternoon session will focus on discovering the new NetHelpDesk version 10, and all of the new developments we've been adding that your business could benefit from, and covering next level functionality beyond a standard request processing program.

We ask delegates to send what they want to cover off in this session, and we tailor to this. Our aim is for everybody to leave with useful training on new areas, excited and enthusiastic to use NetHelpDesk to it's maximum capabilities, and enhance their daily work lives.

It will also include a discussion forum on requirements, and influences to the development roadmap for 2016. Includes 15 minute break.
